I am trying to install a program and that has led me to look at my
system update history. There are several failed updates both to XP
and Office XP, but mixed in are some successful updates. I looked at
some of these and don't see an easy way to figure out why the update
failed or how to apply it now. What's more, it seems hard to find an
XP-anything on the MS site under downloads, as though this OS has not
only had support dropped for it but the udpate files have disappared,
or so it seemed to me. What is the best approach if there are failed
updates, especially security updates? Thanks.
