Sort of a followup on Man-wai Chang's post about " antispy2011setup"...

Sent my friend some attachments on email while trying to nuke AS2011
over the phone.

Sent him a .odt (docfile type) that was just basically a trimmed
<http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-win-7-internet-security-2011>
Good writeup, I wanted him to print it out and read it.

He used his wurk laptop (uninfested) to open it, saw the screen-shot of
AS2011 (onscreen) and went batshit. He dropped the phone, pulled the
power plug and just "lost it".

Meanwhile,
The battery in my cordless (landline) phone craps out. I go to the
kitchen (wired) phone, and the handset cord's gone bad (rice crispies
audio). IOW, "no carrier"..

20 minutes later, we finally get back on the phone, and got AS2011 nuked
with MBAM about an hour later..

PS:
C&C = cats 'n coffee warning, don't drink anything that you don't want
to snork out your nose or have the cat in your lap to suddenly become
"extremely aware" (claws out). [C&C] is a standard subject line tag in a
fair number of newsgroups.
