DE12.exe removal

Hi there! I have a situation where my user launch outlook 2000 via there
citrix connection and a few users clicked on an email with "HOTBAR" and
installed via there citrix terminal connection.

I'ved block the users ability to install programs and removed hotbar but I
still ses this DE12.exe process running and need some help manulaly removing
it in the registry. This exe is a tool bar for the internet explorere.

Any help would be absolutley appriciated.
