How can I de-install an incomplete Windows XP Setup after
I tried to run the setup on a PC running on Windows 98

Two choices,1,install xp cd,boot from cd,recovery,press
the enter key if asked for password,in recovery type:
FORMAT C: /FS:ntfs When its thru,type:EXIT let xp
install from there,or rebbot to cd,install xp.2.If you
want 98 to upgrade to xp,reinstall 98,use FDisk or #1
process then install 98 cd,then youd upgrade to xp,the
only diffrence in recovery would be:FORMAT C: /FS:fat32
(might be FAT32)

Boot with a Win 98 boot disk and type SYS<space>C: at the prompt.
Don't have a boot disk?
