DDR2 1066/1200 dual-mode memory modules

Two modes of operation available for these modules. The lower mode is
the Intel mode which is 1066Mhz and CAS 5. The higher mode is the AMD
mode which is 1200Mhz and CAS 4. The difference is largely attributable
to the difference between integrated and separated memory controllers.
