The information that you provide doesn't do much to define the memory spec.
I suggest that you download a freeware tool. One of them is SiSoft Sandra
(
http://www.sisoftware.net/). That'll tell you the type of memory (DDR,
DDR2, or Rambus memory), and its operating frequency. Belarc Advisor is
popular, but I'm not familiar with it.
It may also tell you the make & model of your mainboard. With that, you can
go to
www.crucial.com and see what sort of RAM is available for your PC.
Medion isn't one of the large manufacturers, but Crucial lists them. (Scroll
down to the "more manufacturers" at the bottom of the list. That'll bring up
a longer list that includes Medion.)
