DCOM Question - Remove Entries

dcomcnfg.exe > Component Services > Computers > My Computer > DCOM
Config

I see some entries here that shouldn't be there anymore. For example
there is a "TestDCOM.exe" which I remember playing with a few month
ago, but that exe has long been deleted, yet still shows up here.

My problem is that the "X" (delete) button is greyed out. I am loged
in as administrator. I know that if I do "RegSvr32.exe /u
TestDCOM.exe" for example, it removes the entries from the above
list. If I don't have TestDCOM.exe anymore is there another way to
remove it?

Thanks, NB
