Dcom program installation error

I have written the client/server programs in VB6.
When I tried to install the server side of the program on Win 2k server, I
got the following error message at the end of the installation;

error 1904, "my program name.exe" failed to register HRESULT
= -2147024769

I researched this particular error, but it is no where to be found.

Does anyone know what this error means?
