DCOM port configuration problems

I have assigned DCOM port configuration range from 5000-6000 in my webserver
using win 2K . But when i do netstat, i dont see it is using the range i
specified. Also i changed registry settings under microsoft/rpc/internet -
the port range i mentioned.

Gurus any help appreciated.
