DCOM Patch deployment

Hello All,

I'm attempting to deploy the RPC DCOM patch across our network in a GPO.
I've used Visual Studio .NET to create an MSI package from the .exe. It
seems to work, but only on once. Every other time I get an error message
that says it needs to be created in basic mode. I get the same message if I
try to install the file from the local computer. It works the first time, I
uninstall, then I get the error message.

My question is : has anyone else tried this or is there a better way
to do it?
