Tryed to Open Video game and It started Loading then went to desktop. Went to
Event viewer and starting looking through the errors and just about all the
errors have this message -
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled
or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to
start the service StiSvc with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{A1F4E726-8CF1-11D1-BF92-0060081ED811}

I can not find anything on DCOM that could help in the help and support MS
provided for the problem. It also stats something about StiSvc and I do not
know what that means or what it is. Any help you have to offer would be
great. Thank you.

StiSvc *may* be needed for scanners or cameras. If you have 3rd party
software, StiSvc is needed for nothing.

DCOM will show that error every minute or two if the StiSvc is not running
and you have a scanner or camera installed. I just ignote them.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

Also,
From Scanner or Camera will be unavailable from the File menu in Paint
(mspaint.exe) if StiSvc (Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)) is not running.
