While checking my Event System logs, I keep seeing the same error, over and
over. It usually occurs each time I surf the Internet, and seems to happen
each time I change web pages. The error message is as follows:

Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server. The server is:
{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
The user is Unavailable/Unavailable, SID=Unavailable.

I've opened the Registry using Regedit and did a search of the value in the
braces. It is assigned to Microsoft Word Documents.

How do I go about fixing the error so that I don't get any more EventID
10002 errors?
