When shutting down, restarting, or logging off a PC, the computer is
very slow. I am getting the following in the event log:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10010
Date: 10/16/2006
Time: 11:50:55 AM
User: S-T119-015909\Installer
Computer: S-T119-015909
Description:
The server {C2BFE331-6739-4270-86C9-493D9A04CD38} did not register with
DCOM within the required timeout.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

In the registry, {C2BFE331-6739-4270-86C9-493D9A04CD38} is tied to
DisplayConfig class and igfxsrvc (i think that's a dll file which is
tied to the Intel chipset).

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
