DCOM Error Message (HELP!!!!)

Please can anyone help as I am trying to run a DCOM
service which is located on a Windows 2000 server and I am
getting error.

The error being reported on the client is that it
has "general access denied" Error code 10006.

If you can help with pointing me in the right direction as
to what I need to change on my server. This currently is
not in a Domain, is this a problem??
