DCOM Error Event 10002

I have reviewed the write up on this error on the site,
however it does not tell me how to solve the problem.
Though the write up says that this problem can be ignored
on my server it is causing an unscheduled restart so in my
case this is not a ignorable problem. Any assistance would
be REALLY appreciated.
