DCOM and EventSystem Errors

Hi,

From home, I connected to our Exchange 2000 Server via VPN (at home, used
Win XP Remote Desktop). At the same time, in the Exchange server's Event
Logs, I noticed the following errors:

DCOM ID 10010:
"The server {1BE1F766-5536-11D1-B726-00C04FB926AF} did not register with
DCOM within the required timeout."

EventSystem ID 4097:
"The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal
processing. HRESULT was 80080005 from line 42 of .\eventsystemobj.cpp."

Did these errors occur, because something went wrong between some DCOM
programs and the Terminal Server session?

KB article 187146 applies to NT 4.0 TSE, so I wouldn't use the
resolution described there.
