In running through the pre-installatation checklist for Exchange 2003 and I
run the DCDIAG from the new 2003 server against my Win2K domain controllers
they fail the NSSecDesc test with the following errors;
Starting test: NCSecDesc
Error NT AUTHORITY\ENTERPRISE DOMAIN CONTROLLERS doesn't have
Replicating Directory Changes All
access rights for the naming context:
CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=DomainName,DC=com
Error BUILTIN\Administrators doesn't have
Replicating Directory Changes All
access rights for the naming context:
CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=DomainName,DC=com
Error NT AUTHORITY\ENTERPRISE DOMAIN CONTROLLERS doesn't have
Replicating Directory Changes All
access rights for the naming context:
CN=Configuration,DC=DomainName,DC=com
Error BUILTIN\Administrators doesn't have
Replicating Directory Changes All
access rights for the naming context:

I have looked and would like some idea on where to correct this issue. For
privacy reasons I have changed out the actual name of our domain.
Thanks,
