How can I encode data with more than 255 characters to DB using the Info Path
forms?

Use Memo fields rather than Text fields.

I have tried.

Submit button in the info path form seem to have a problem every time with
the memo.

Are you applying any function to the data? If not, you might try asking in a
newsgroup related to Info Path.
