Using FP 2003, I built an input form using an HTM page and then saved it as
an asp file prior to creating an Access mdb file, which was automatically
saved in the fpdb subdirectory. It worked fine until I deleted the mdb file.
I recreated a new mdb file after making some changes to the asp form and it
has not work ever since. I even tried rebuilding the input from from scratch
using the htm - asp I used the first time. Nothing has worked. The form and
the mdb simply are not linking, this despite having used the creat function
along with the verify function under "Site Settings", all of which seem to
work fine (i.e., no error messages).

Delete the following files from your site, if they exist:
the database
the fpdb folder
all the files in the _fpclass folder
the _fpclass folder
the global.asa file

Close the site.

Open the site.

Start over by creating a new form to database page.
