DB Closing Unexpectedly

I have been working in an Access DB with ODBC's. It was working fine, and
then suddenly when I attempt to open (run) or edit only two specific queries
of the many established, the entire DB closes unexpectedly. Also, I can
create sub-queries off the two mentioned above, and they generate results. I
have executed 'repairs', etc but nothing has worked. Any ideas?
