Hello,

I'm designing a customized business management application (C#.NET with SQL
dB) and would like to make use of existing contacts already stored in
Outlook. Is there a way for the app to sync contact data with Outlook? If
so, how?

You can use GeniusConnect for that;

It offers a 2-way-sync between Outlook and your database.
