If the device mftr. (Pinnacle) has not written a driver for their
hardware, then you cannot use this device under Vista. The device mftr.
is the only one who would have written the driver - unless you want to
find a local programmer and hire him/her to write the driver for you.
This is usually quite difficult and involves reverse engineering unless
the hardware mftr. has made the information necessary to write the
driver open source.

Short answer - replace the hardware device with one that supports Vista
or use an operating system that supports the hardware device.

Thanks for your reply. Since buying "Vista" I have had to buy new hardware
and programs and I wish I had never changed from Windows XP. Thanks again
for your reply
