Daylight Savings Patch applied after the fact?

We have an XP SP2 box at our church in our A/V booth. It's only used
for Powerpoint slides during one of our services. No calendar or time
specific apps are used. So, if Windows Update didn't install the
patch, what are the ramifications of applying the patch after Sunday
at 2am?

You might have to readjust the time again, if you did it manually.
