I am looking for a web page on the Microsoft site describing how they are
going to handle the change in Daylight Saving Time in the spring of 2007
under Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

In the same way they did for Uruguay (although it will probably be
scripted/automated) vis tzedit.exe
