Daylight problem? Backup problem

Hello,

I'm facing a serious problem. My location is Greece (Athens). My "Location",
In regional settings was set to "Greece" and in date-time properties, time
zone to "(GMT+02:00) Athens, Bucharest, Istanbul" with the setting
"Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" checked.

Today, in 3:00am, time changed to 4:00am (1 hour forward).

My problem is, that the time in all my files have changed. Modify time
changed to 1 hour later. For example, MyExcel.xls file was last modified on
15/8/2004 1:14am, now changed to 15/8/2004 2:14am (dates format dd/mm/yyyy).

I think that this has to do with DST of USA & Canada that recently changed,
but I'm not sure if I have to patch my windows too.

Please help me on that!
