This appears to be an issue with Outlook 2003. If you return to a
previous version of Outlook that should fix the problem. If your like
me, you would rather stay with Outlook 2003 and have Microsoft fix the
problem.

Previously in the 2 pages per day format with a blank notes page, the appointment calendar printed on the left hand side and the notes page on the right hand side. In Outlook 2003 the notes page prints on the back of the appointment page - not a helpful way to view day by day information. Any help or ideas?
