Dates gone on sent mail

I have Outlook 2007. Today I suddenly found my deleted items folder
had about 300 mails from my sent box in it (which I did NOT move
there!).

I dragged them all back to the sent box but they have all lost their
dates.

Instead of the date when they were sent it just says None.

How can I get their dates back?

Any help appreciated.
