When I send out an invite, the recipients are getting the
invite with the correct date but the time on the invite
appears 3 hours later than the original time scheduled.
Can you help?
Thanks

This might be because recipients have different time zone.

Also check to make sure that all users of the invite have the same settings
for Daylight Saving Time. To check this, double-click on the system clock
and choose the Time Zone tab. Outlook uses DST settings on each machine
when rendering the meeting time. If you find that the settings on the
machines for DST are different, the resolution will be to delete and
recreate the affected meeting(s).
