Date/Time Function

I would like to have a Date/Time field in a custom form that will auto
generate a date when the form is opened. I'm trying to figure out the
correct syntax to produce a date for Monday of each week. So, no matter
what date the form is opened it will always produce the date for the coming
Monday. Thanks in advance for your help.
