Date time automatically changing in Windows 2000 Advanced Server

I am facing Some Intermittent problem in Windows 2000 advanced Server,
changing of date format from ddmmyyyy to mmddyyyy at any time in 24 hours
(only for some time In-between 1 to 12 date, from 13 it’ll start working
normally) which affected the data recording in database

Please help me out in this regards

We are using Windows 2000 Adv server with sp4 and SQL 2000 With SP3



All windows update are there with Trend micro latest Vaccine.
