This morning, when I hovered over the clock in the notification area, to check the date, it was one day behind.

My immediate thought was, could the CMOS battery be starting to fail? But then I wondered if it was just one of those wee glitches that sometimes "just happens" because time-keeping has remained accurate so far.

Just wondered if I'm looking at a "classic symptom" or should just ignore it. Thank you for looking.

It should sync with the Windows.time server. if you go thought hte options you should see an tab telling you when it last synced and when its due next and so on, may shed some light on the subject.

Oh that was speedy, thank you V_R

Didn't think of doing that at all, lol, I manually altered it when I saw that it was wrong. But thank you, I will do as you suggest.
