Date order (month day year vs day month year)

I'm using a trial version of Office 2007 and my Outlook uses the day month
year scheme rather than month day year, which is what I'm used to (and what I
had in my Office 03). How do I change that?

That's still a Windows setting in Control Panel, Change Date and Time format.
