Hi,

I have a database in Access which i store employee details. And i will merge
it with Word to print the offer letter. The problem is in the recruitment
date column. The date format in Access is Medium Date(28-May-10) and when its
merged in Word it comes out as m/dd/yyyy(5/28/2010). Please help.

Thanks

You need to add a numeric picture switch to your merge field. See
