Date Error in Outlook Tasks on To-Do Bar

I show tasks on my To-Do Bar organized by Due Date. For some of the tasks,
even though the start, due date, and alarm date are set to the correct date,
the task is showing as one day earlier. Has anyone seen this problem and do
you have a solution? There seems to be a connection between this problem and
Business Contact Manager.
