Date always in GMT+0 when Export

      1st Dec 2003
In exporting Microsoft Outlook (2002) calendar to Excel file, the dates are
always in greenwich time (GMT+0) even my timezone in "control panel" and
outlook have already been set to GMT+8:00.

Please advise how to resolve.
