DataView.msi

I have 2 widely different programs that have asked for "DataView.msi" when I start them. They then keep up a cycle of asking for it until they give up as I keep closing the dialogs. Then the programs operate correctly.

This is no big deal buts its annoying. Either I deleted it manually (which I doubt), or some program in automatic mode (like a system upgrade) did it thinking it would interfere with that program.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find this file? In other posts some people said its in Microsoft Office but its not. I tried reinstalling both programs. One is Smarty Uninstaller 9 and the other is an old geophysical program that I've had for years and the company I bought it from is gone.

I really don't think it matter but I have a Gateway 7426GX, AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3700+, 2.41GHz, 1.5 GB of RAM, I use WindowsXP Home Edition
Version 2002 Service Pack 3

Any help would be appreciated.
