DataView auto released??

I have declared the Global variable[DataView], and get the record and passed
to that Global DataView when (is not postback), everything works fine. but
after page.ispostback, system got "null value" error ...

Is dataview will release all value after page postback?

any advise to me. Thanks in advanced.
