datatype or data type?

's Computer Specifications

Ok - is it a data type or a datatype? I've seen both spellings ... which
one is right? Or does the context change the correct spelling?

I work primarily with C# and SQL Server.

When it is a property it can be DataType

When it is a type of data it can be data type
