Datasheet Combo Filter

I'm not sure if this can be done, I've seen post where two combos on a
datasheet don't work.

Well what I'm trying to do is filter a combo in a datasheet that's based from
another combo from another datasheet.

I have a MainForm with two Subforms in datasheet, they are synchronized forms,
in the first Subform you select a company from a combo box, the second is
synchronized so it shows the employee names that where slected from its combo.

The forms work fine, (like the Customers in Northwind, but with combos) what
I would like is when you click on a company name in the fisrt datasheet to
have the second datasheets combo list limited to only the employees for that
company.

As it is now when you slect an employee you have to scroll all names in all
the companies.
The combo has two columns so I can tell what company the employee is with but
would like the list to be filtered by the company chosen in the first
datasheet.
