dataset tables

Hello,
I am working with specific grid which source is dataset with 2 fields.
The problem is that it can get source such as dataset1.Table[0] and I
need the both columns in a dataset. Is there a way to refer to dataset
Table[0] and Table[1] in some Table[0-1] defenition in c#?
