DataGridViewImageColumn and pictures from files...

I'm trying to do the same thing as the project in this example:
http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadF...seTracker.aspx

but I'm not smart enough to convert it to VB. Could someone explain
how it's done or maybe convert the project?
