DataGrid TableStyle / TextboxColumn formatting

Does anyone know if you can setup a custom column format on a datagrid such
that if a specific field (say the PwdFlag) in your database is set to a
value (such as 1), that the control will dynamically have another column
(say DisplayText) that is mapped as a DataGridTextBoxColumn format the data
as if it were a password (like with asterisks). However, if the PwdFlag was
anything but 1, then the actual data would be displayed in the grid cell?
