Datagrid -with datarelation

I got one tables ,with the following data, in my datagrid, I want to group
it by brancid [the datagrid will show the branchid first, as the user click
'+' , its detail (deptid) will be show.
I understand I can do it by two different tables , with data relation.
However, if there is one tables, can I do that?

Branch Id , DeptId
-------------------------------------
US,LAX
US,NYK
US,SFO
CN,SHA
CN,QDO
