DataGrid Control OCX and other files?

's Computer Specifications

I am using the the DataGrid Control on a form. This grid works fine on
my pc. However, when I copy my excel file to another pc, I get a run-
time error when loading the control.

I have copied the following files to the 2nd pc:
1) msdatgrd.ocx, (2)msdatgrd.dep, (3) msdatgrd.oca and (4)
msdatgrd.srg
I have also registed msdatgrd.ocx.

Am I missing any step or any file?

You may need adding a reference to this control in the workbook.
