Hi everybody,

I am facing a problem in Outlook 2007.

While configuring my account (E-Mail Removed) the net connection was broken
and outlook was jammed. I had to restart it. Now it is showing
(E-Mail Removed) in mail items and states a datafile "C:\Documents and
Settings\FARAZ\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\(E-Mail Removed)-00000008" to be attached to
it, whereas in the account settings such a hotmail account is not being
reflected. I have even tried to delete the data file but everytime I launch
the Outlook it is again created!

All the help shall be highly obliged.

Regards,

FARAZ

I would create a new Outlook mail profile and delete the old one. You
should be able to do this via the mail applet in the control panel. (hint:
don't copy the existing one. Create new then delete the old one.)

Thanx Neo,

I never knew that my question had already appeared and I had to retype it.
However, would u kindly list down the step by step process of your idea as I
quite new to Outlook!
