Datafile sql 90 GB!! error copy

Hi , i have a datafile sqlserver on NT 4.0 Service pack 6a and i need
copy datafile to another disk , on actual disk have 100 Gb and data
file 90 gb ,but when i tried copy to another disk "No tiene
suficientes recursos el sistema"
My server is 3 partitions on RAID 5 xserver IBM proc 1.8 Ghz, and disk
target have 136 gb., Memory 1.5 GB,sorry for my english and thank you
for your ideas

Windows support files of this size or not?

Apparently NTFS will theoretically support up to"16 exabytes minus 1 KB (264
bytes minus 1 KB)", and realistically up to around 16 Terabytes. Those are
some large file sizes...

So the filesize limit is probably not your problem, that is unless you're
using FAT.
