I have a frontpage2003 web site which is split into subsites. One of my
subsites has a access2003 database and a form which saves the data to the
database. When you fill the form in in a brower, the data isnt transferred to
the database.

the database and comms all seem fine to me. Could it be because of the sub
site.

I have created another form & database before that worked fine, the only
difference now is that its in a sub site

Anyone any ideas what im doing wrong???

I think the sub-site needs to be marked as a "root web", which is something that
your ISP may need to do for you.

Within a subsite (which FP regards as a completely separate site) you need
the FP extensions since they only work on the "root" web and not inside a
subweb since a subweb is a folder, but in addition it is actually a web in
itself, it just resides "inside" the root web.

The FP extensions are active within in subweb / subsite, since it is the extensions that
create/converts a folder to subweb / subsite, the issue here is the subweb is not set as a
application root.
