Two ways to solve this problem:
Method 1: Uncheck the box under:
Tools | Options | View | Windows In Taskbar.
Method 2: Download the service pack for your version of Access from:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/sp
The problem is a bug that was fixed in the service packs, but avoiding
showing each window in the task bar also avoids the bug.
