I have an application where the database window is hidden from the startup
menu option.

But, everytime the user minimizes the application and then restores it the
database window displays.

Note when the use minimizes he does to another windows application. Both
applications are open at the same. The user needs to go back and forward
between applications. Upon returning to Access application the database
window keeps popping up.

Immediate help is needed. users are screaming.

Thank You

Two ways to solve this problem:

Method 1: Uncheck the box under:
Tools | Options | View | Windows In Taskbar.

Method 2: Download the service pack for your version of Access from:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/sp

The problem is a bug that was fixed in the service packs, but avoiding
showing each window in the task bar also avoids the bug.
