It seems that all of my database pages or working correctly, it says "new
entry added", but when I view database results, it says "no records
returned". I have been working on trying to fix this for days, and am
getting so frustrated. Can anyone please help?

Thanks in advance

Have you verified your database??
Tools > Site Settings click the Database tab, click on the database listed and then click Verify.

Also, are you working with your web in IIS??
If so, have you set up the database in IIS??
