It it possible to have more than one BE database? I have a database which is
split into a FE and BE already but my newer version has a load more tables. I
thought for the purchase of updating my existing database it would be easyier
to create a second BE rather then do a huge modification the my original BE.

Any comments would be appreciated

There is no limit of the number of BE databases you can have. Each table has
its own linking connection string; therefore, it would be possible, althought
bizarre, for each table to be in a different mdb.
